Mt Sunapee Alpine Program

We're offering rentals to families and coaches participating in the Mt Sunapee Alpine Program, as well as NEHSA staff looking for accomodations in the area. Our quiet, family-oriented resort offers a fun and safe place to enjoy your winter. We are located less than 10 minutes from the Mt Sunapee Resort in Newbury NH. We have a beautiful, lakeside 2 bedroom cottage with a newly updated kitchen, bathroom and deck overlooking the lake. $7500 for the season.

Large Studio Units

Dec 15th-April 15th: $3000

We have several large studio units available with kitchen, bathroom and large main room. Depending on your needs, configurations include bunk beds with double/queen bed or 2 double beds. Dec 15th-April 15th: $3000.

Adjoining Studio Units

Dec 15th-April 15th: $6000

Some of our studio units have adjoining doors allowing for double the space. This gives each double unit 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a bed configuration to meet your needs. Dec 15th-April 15th: $6000.
